Quick Excel Tip: How to display all formulas in a worksheet (instead of values)


Sometimes you may want to display all the formulas on a sheet instead of the values/results of the formula. There are two ways you can do this :

1. Go to “Formulas” Tab. Then click on “Show Formulas” (See the green oval below).

After you press the same, the formulas will be displayed as follows :

The formulas are displayed.

2. The next way is to use the following shortcut : Press CTRL + ` (grave accent). This is the key on the left of number 1 on the standard keyboard. This will switch the display to show all formulas on the worksheet. If you use the same shortcut keys again, then the display will change back to show values.
